  • Hi I have a UK driving licence pre 2001, with this electric model would I be allowed to take a pill on passenger. Would I need a charging point like an electric car needs; how does it charge up? Apologies for simple questions but really would like to get an e bike for quick trips, but don’t have outside charging facilities other than outside back door, hence why I can’t go for an e car.
    Hi Clare,

Yes you would be able to take pillion  passenger on the Citygo EV2000 with your licence. You do not need a charging point outside as the batteries are removable so they can be charged inside on any 13 amp UK 3 pin socket.

    Many thanks

    Mike
